Good afternoon,

Touching base to share with you all a few exciting new things.  We have updated the website to provide notice of how Sweeping Change is keeping you and our employees safe during this time. Sweeping Change participated and was certified in the 2020 CIRI Science Symposium on COVID-19 and pandemic preparedness on March 31.  This information was presented by the Cleaning Industry Research Institute.  Topics included Risk Assessment, effective disinfection, effective training strategies for our frontline workers, and preparation for the future.  While none of us certainly have all the answers we are staying on top of information as rapidly as it is coming out to keep our clients and our staff safe in these challenging times.  In addition Sweeping Change participated in a week long webinar this past week specifically designed for the cleaning and restoration industry.  This virtual seminar provided by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council focused on responding to and recovering from bio hazards in the workplace.  Frontline cleaning workers are essential first responders to the novel coronavirus and other infectious agents and it is our goal to ensure they are properly trained and applying understanding of best practices to protect themselves, each of you and the facilities they serve.
